A note from Terri.... May 9, 2001 Hi there folks, Well, spring has finally sprung and we could not be happier. It feels great to get outside after a very long winter. We are busy doing spring cleaning and planting flowers. Andrew loves to help outside, especially when daddy mows the lawn with the tractor. He cannot resist getting out his little mower and helping. Brooke is getting so big! She is adorable and tall! I can't believe that she is 3 months old already. She readily offers smiles and giggles when you talk to her and kiss her feet. What a little sweetie. We are enjoying her more each and every day and look forward to taking her and Andrew to the park this summer to swim and watch dad play softball. (Mark's team won the championship last year, check out the team photo). We had a wonderful vacation in North Carolina at Easter. Although the weather was not what we had hoped, it was fun and relaxing. Highlights included hanging out with family, going to the zoo and Children's museum. Andrew especially liked hanging out with his big cousin Hunt. He continues to talk about our many adventures. He even took a couple fishing trips with his dad and Papa. (He "caught" 5 fish!). Be sure to check out the new photos of our trip. We extend warm welcomes to our friends who have recently had children. Patty McDonnell and Brian Flack from Seattle had their second son Dominic in April. Congratulations also to Chris and Jackie Sweeney who had twin girls in April as well. We look forward to the impending arrivals of Baby Gibb (Terri's cousin Debbie and her husband Matt are due May 10th), Baby Horning (friends Christine and Matt Horning are due May 15), Baby Dhulipala (Nancy and Srini Dhulipala are due any minute!) and Baby Rhors (Mark's cousin Jenny and her husband Roger are due June 30th). We can't wait to meet all of the newest additions. Congratulations also go out to Ron and Pam Kim who are expecting in October! Whoo! That about does it around here. Next up for us is a vacation to the North Carolina coast in July. It will be the kid's first trip to the beach and we can't wait. I am back in the gym to make sure I can get in that bikini. (yeah, right…I am back at the gym though!) Take care all, The Fisher family P.S. You want a little action? How about some Kung-Fu!!! |
